Where the item is described as 'in stock', it is available for dispatch within two days from receipt of payment. Where the item is described as 'available to order', it will be dispatched within 3 weeks from receipt of payment. If an item that is described as 'in stock' has sold out before your order has been processed, we will contact you within 24 hours and enquire as to whether you would like us to make the piece to order for you, or whether you would like us to refund your order.
Color requests / variations on our online boutique collection: We welcome all requests and enquiries for bespoke color variations on our online boutique collection, so if there is an item that you wish to purchase but in a different color, or dyed to a particular swatch, please contact us directly. We can normally dispatch these items within 3 weeks but regret that we are unable to offer a returns or refund policy on items made to order.

You can then click on the images to enlarge them and see the detail and the designs from different angles. When you have decided which hat you would like to purchase please add it to your 'Hatbox'.
