The hats will be delivered to the address provided by you on the order form. We cannot be responsible for errors in the delivery information you supply to us.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the hats are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the hats however caused. If however we are unable to deliver your hats by the date quoted for delivery you, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
We are able to deliver to most global locations but if you do not live within the United Kingdom, Europe and the USA please contact us for a separate shipping quote.
UK Mainland Delivery:
Deliveries within the UK are sent via first class registered post. A signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK:
International orders are usually delivered within 10 working days, however please be aware that the items may be subject to delays in customs.

We have created this 5 working days returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances:
(a) We must receive written confirmation via email () within 48 hours of your receipt of the hat, that you wish to return it and receive a full refund. The reasons for this return must be clearly stated.
(b) We must receive the returned hat within 5 working days following our written acceptance via email of your return.
(c) The hat must be returned by first class recorded delivery within the UK, and via international registered post outside of the UK, with a signature required. The cost of this postage must be paid by you.
(c) The returned hat must be unworn, entirely in its' original condition and packed carefully in its' original packaging.

The following items may not be returned under this policy:
We will send you a refund for the full price of any hat properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges, if these have been paid by the customer, and excluding the costs of returning the hat to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
